Flour free, processed sugar free recipe which takes only a few minutes to make. Enjoy these healthy banana oatmeal cookies.
1 cup porridge oats
2 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon coconut oil (or creamed coconut)
1 handful dried cranberries
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add all other ingredients and continue mixing with a spoon or fork until all ingredients are blended.
With a spoon, form cookies on baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
